Slowly but surely!

Wow what a whirlwind! The past 7 weeks has been a lot of challenges that’s for sure.  Soft Opening around the same time hamilton’s did a mega 3rd year anniversary and now we approach the 1st annual SD Beer Week. 

I am very happy to say we finally got our buzzer system installed. So now we’re more inline of where we wanted to be (but couldnt afford) out of the gate with the buzzer.  This allows for folks to place there order at the kitchen *the obvious place the food is prepared* and then get a buzzer to let you know when to pick it up.  You can pay cash or credit have the kitchen put the food on your open tab. 

We still got a ways to go with our training and getting use to the way things operate but all in all Im happy on the slow but steady progress. The food is coming out real well, the brunch is one of the best deals in town and I hope soon people can take more advantage on lunch..
